Job Summary
The General Manager is an executive responsible for the overall leadership, strategy, and operations of Fusemachines Nepal. This role bridges local execution with global company objectives — overseeing engineering/delivery, HR, finance, and admin functions — while serving as the primary liaison between the Nepal branch and international leadership. The GM translates global priorities into locally executable plans, while also surfacing on-the-ground realities and opportunities back to global leadership. Success in this role requires equal comfort steering high-level strategy and getting hands-on with day-to-day execution.
