About the Role

We are seeking intellectually curious and highly motivated Data Scientists to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to identify key business challenges, develop a deep understanding of them, and design scalable, data-driven solutions. Your expertise in quantitative analysis, machine learning, and statistical modeling will help transform raw data into actionable insights that drive business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine customer churn and propensity models to enhance customer retention strategies.
• Work with customer and marketing data to uncover patterns and insights that drive business decisions.
• Build and deploy time series forecasting models for demand prediction and business planning.
• Implement anomaly detection techniques to identify irregularities in business data.
• Optimize pricing strategies through data-driven methodologies.
• Collaborate with data engineers to streamline data pipelines and improve data accessibility.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a data science or analytics role.
• Strong understanding of:
• Data Engineering principles and best practices.
• Big Data tools and frameworks (e.g., PySpark, Databricks).
• Programming in Python for data analysis and machine learning.
• Statistical modeling techniques, time series forecasting methods for predictive analytics including Random Forest and XGBoost.
• Anomaly Detection techniques for identifying outliers and irregular patterns.
• (Nice to Have) dbt cloud with Snowflake for data transformation and analytics.
