This is a full time position.

Key Objective:

• Continuous improvement and standardization of PM processes and methodologies to align with service delivery goals.
• Communicating with clients and defining requirements and project scope.
• Ensuring that all projects run smoothly, assembling cross-functional teams of engineers, designers, and more, and working with them to deliver results on-time and on-budget.
• Responsible for managing expectations of clients and keeping them happy.
• Passionate about project management and make an effort to keep your knowledge up-to-date.
• Ensuring full compliance with project management processes and values.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Leading and mentoring junior project managers
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques
• Report and escalate to management as needed
• Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
• Use and continually develop leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage project-relevant stakeholders.
• Define and work on requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Lead cross-functional project teams and manage work assignments.
• Provide strategic insight and communication on project management processes.
• Monitor and manage resource availability and allocation.
• Ensure clear project goals and timelines.
• Provide project estimation, planning, and budgeting.
• Oversee project risk and issue management.
• Foster a productive and innovative project management environment.
• Lead project management team through standardization and change management.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Coach and mentor team members.
• Delegate project tasks based on team members' strengths and skills.
• Track project management team performance.
• Participate in hiring and interview processes.
• Contribute to regular team meetings and updates.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Continue professional development.

Qualification and Experience:

• Must have at least a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or similar.
• MBA Degree is preferable
• At least 5-7 years experience in the relevant field.
• Certified Scrum master/PMI Agile Certified Practitioner preferred
• Past experience working in agile & scrum
• Past experience managing international clients & leading a team of Project Managers
• Past experience handling product management would be preferred

Required skills/Competencies :

• Proficient in JIRA (Workflow, Issue Type, Rules Automation, Project Board Customization, Permissions, JQL, Dashboard, Utilize Reports).
• Proficient in Confluence, Roadmap, and Release plan tools.
• Excellent understanding of project management phases.
• Strong implementation of Agile manifesto and principles.
• Proficient in Release, Capacity, and Iteration planning.
• Solid understanding and implementation of Scrum and Kanban.
• Extensive knowledge of Software Development life cycle.
• Knowledge of AI Software Development life cycle phases.
• In-depth understanding of System Architecture, Databases, Process, and Data flow.
• Familiarity with other Agile Frameworks (XP, TDD, BDD, LSD, and six sigma).
• Strong conceptual understanding and implementation of testing methodologies.
• Proficient in Automated Testing Tools and Strategies.
• Proficient in version control repository GIT, CI/CD tools, and best practices.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
