Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Power Automate Developer & Administrator to lead the design, development, and governance of workflow automation across an enterprise Microsoft 365 and Power Platform environment. This role requires strong hands-on development experience combined with platform administration, security, and governance expertise to ensure scalable, reliable, and compliant automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Development

  • Design, build, and maintain enterprise-grade Power Automate workflows (cloud and desktop)
  • Develop integrations across Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Outlook, Dataverse, and external systems using APIs and connectors
  • Implement advanced workflow logic, approvals, exception handling, and monitoring
  • Optimize automations for performance, resiliency, and scalability
  • Produce clear technical and business documentation

Platform Administration & Governance

  • Administer Power Platform environments (Dev/Test/Prod), connections, and capacity
  • Define and enforce governance standards, naming conventions, and lifecycle management
  • Configure and manage Data Loss Prevention (DLP) policies and security roles
  • Oversee deployment processes, versioning, and change management
  • Monitor usage, failures, and performance; proactively address risks and issues

Enterprise Collaboration

  • Partner with business units, IT, security, and data teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
  • Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions
  • Provide guidance and guardrails for citizen developers within an enterprise governance model
  • Support audits, compliance reviews, and security assessments related to automation

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience designing and supporting Power Automate solutions in an enterprise environment
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse)
  • Experience with enterprise governance, DLP policies, and environment strategy
  • Proven ability to integrate Microsoft 365 services and third-party systems
  • Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-200, PL-400, PL-600)
  • Experience with Power Automate Desktop / RPA
  • Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, or REST APIs
  • Experience supporting a Center of Excellence (CoE) model
  • Background in regulated or highly governed environments
