We are pleased to announce new internship opportunities within our Operations Department at Fusemachines! This is a fantastic opportunity for detail-oriented and proactive individuals to gain hands-on experience and develop critical skills in the field of operations.

About the Role: 

Position: Internship - Operations 

Location: NYC

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures
  • Support the management of daily operations, including supply chain, logistics, and inventory management
  • Conduct data analysis to identify areas for improvement and optimize workflows
  • Participate in the coordination of projects and ensure timely completion
  • Help prepare operational reports and presentations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business objectives
  • Assist in quality control and ensure compliance with company standards

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
