This is a full time position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems.
- Performing the tasks related to payroll, VAT, taxation & online taxation.
- Monitoring that the cash book, petty cash, and online accounts are updated on
daily basis. - Liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out.
- Assist in producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines.
- Assist in monitoring the budgets management and supervising staff.
- Assisting in Management and control of the organization's finances.
- Supervise management of the organization's debtors and creditors accounts.
- Other tasks as per assigned.
Qualification and Experience:
- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance is preferable.
- At least 3 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Experienced in an accounting role.
- Experienced in Financial Report preparation, strong background, and work
experience in Finance. - Knowledge of contemporary IT including word processing, email, spreadsheet,
database, and similar disciples. - Demonstrate a high level of confidentiality, tact, discretion, initiative, and sound
judgment. - Excellent organizational skills including the ability to determine priorities, meet
regular deadlines and take/follow up action. - Proficiency in Payroll, taxation, and other compliance implications.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
- Proficient in English communication, both verbal & written.
